Location: Onsite in Scarborough, with flexibility to work from home during non-peak periods.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of IT and data strategy, balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and improvement projects.
  • Design, build, and maintain SQL databases—developing bespoke platforms and tools for end customers.
  • Manage data integrations, reporting, and performance using SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, storage, and security (ISO27001 compliance).
  • Support production, CRM, and logistics systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Lead data accuracy, security, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Mentor a small IT team and build strong relationships across the business.
