What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of IT and data strategy, balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and improvement projects.
- Design, build, and maintain SQL databases—developing bespoke platforms and tools for end customers.
- Manage data integrations, reporting, and performance using SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, storage, and security (ISO27001 compliance).
- Support production, CRM, and logistics systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead data accuracy, security, and business continuity initiatives.
- Mentor a small IT team and build strong relationships across the business.
