The Role
Electronic Test & Service Technician required to carry out bench-based testing, fault-finding, servicing, calibration, and repair of electronic products within a controlled workshop environment. This is a specialist role. Full product training will be provided, so candidates with strong transferable electronic experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, fault-find, service, repair, and calibrate electronic products
- Carry out bench testing and functional checks to written procedures
- Solder and rework electronic components as required
- Complete service records and job documentation accurately
- Identify faults and repair requirements during testing
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
About You
- Background in electronic test, repair, service / fault finding
- Confident fault-finding on electronic circuits or PCBs
- Comfortable soldering, including basic rework (training available if needed)
- Able to follow technical procedures and work methodically
- Electronic qualifications desirable but not essential
