My client are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a large industrial unit refurbishment in the Scarborough area on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be adept at coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Day-to-day
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns
- Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with subcontractors and project teams to review progress and identify any potential issues
- Keep detailed project documentation and records up to date
- Drive site progress
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project activities on construction sites
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
