Our well established client, Kingspan, is looking for Production and Factory Operatives to join their growing team in Sherburn. As a Production Operative, you will have the opportunity to train across various production lines and departments, operating machinery involved in the manufacture of steel and insulation products.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can drive or reliably commute to Sherburn
  • Has previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Is flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights and split shifts, depending on production requirements
  • Is motivated, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with colleagues
