Rack Systems seeks a hands-on Department Supervisor - Screens to support day-to-day performance in the Screens department. You will help train, organise work areas and materials, prioritise production and lead by example to build a positive, solutions-focused team.
You will work with the Department Manager to maintain product quality, safe working practices and high behavioural standards, while promoting continuous improvement and teamwork across the shop floor.
