We are working with a well-established financial services business in Scarborough who are looking to welcome a Financial Advisor Support professional to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services experience who understands products such as ISAs and pensions and is looking to develop their career further. While previous paraplanning experience would be advantageous, full training can be provided for the right person.

This role plays an important part in supporting Financial Advisors and delivering a high-quality service to clients, helping ensure their financial arrangements and ongoing needs are managed professionally and compliantly.

Some of the Financial Advisor Support duties will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and providing a professional service
  • Supporting with client portfolio management and ongoing account administration
  • Assisting clients and advisors with financial products including investments, pensions and insurance
  • Supporting advisor onboarding processes, contracts and account management activity
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate client documentation
  • Monitoring market trends and supporting advisors with client updates
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and support business growth

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience working within financial services and a good understanding of products such as ISAs, pensions and investments. Knowledge of the Intelligent Office (IO) system would be advantageous, although training can be provided.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, earning between £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you can build your knowledge, develop professionally and progress within financial services.
