An exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Advisor to join a growing business who pride themselves on culture, values, and doing right by their clients. This can be based in either their Hull or Malton office. Being part of a thriving and ambitious company, you will provide guidance and assistance to clients in selecting and managing insurance policies to suit their needs and mitigate risks. If you have experience working within an office based Customer Service role, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a natural ability to build great relationships, then we’d love to speak to you about this role!
Responsibilities:- Manage the technical administration of diverse insurance policies.
- Perform various tasks including administering new business, renewals and adjustments.
- Communicating with a number of parties, managing claims, resolving queries, and arranging premium financing.
- Apply technical expertise to support colleagues and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Efficiently handle all business transactions while prioritising client interests and maintaining communication with insurers.
- Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling insurance products to enhance client offerings.
- Address complaints in compliance with regulations and company policies, adhering to best practices.
This will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, earning a salary of £26,500.
