This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager who enjoys developing people, improving performance and building a positive team culture while still remaining commercially focused.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating and coaching a team of sales consultants to achieve performance targets
  • Delivering regular one-to-ones, feedback sessions and performance reviews
  • Supporting skills development and encouraging continuous improvement
  • Ensuring sales processes are followed and professional standards are maintained
  • Supporting the team in converting enquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Managing and resolving customer queries effectively
  • Monitoring individual and team performance metrics
  • Reporting sales progress and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
  • Working closely with marketing to maximise campaign and lead conversion
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure customer commitments are achievable and communicated effectively
