An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established business in Malton, as a Sales Administrator.

Working as part of a small, friendly team, you will be supporting clients and ensuring the smooth running of sales and rental orders.

Some of the Sales Administrator responsibilities are:

  • Liaising with clients to manage new opportunities from enquiry through to order
  • Preparing quotations for sales and rentals in line with discount structures and client requirements
  • Processing client purchase orders, checking against quotations, and providing additional information for production and logistics
  • Raising sales orders and preparing invoices
  • Monitoring usage of rental systems and invoicing clients accordingly
  • Keeping accurate records of enquiries at all stages
  • Assisting with general administration as required

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, especially when working with technical information and longer documents such as detailed quotations and sales orders. Any background in a manufacturing environment would also be beneficial.

Experience of working with clients, preparing and sending documents, and using systems such as Excel and Microsoft CE CRM will be valuable.

You’ll be working full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 2:00pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. The salary is between £28,000 and £33,000 depending on experience.

Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 5% employer pension contribution, and employer-funded private medical insurance.
