Responsibilities

As a Sales, Marketing & Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Work with new and existing clients across the engineering, manufacturing, and construction sectors
  • Recruit across a wide range of commercial roles - from business operational staff to experienced sales or marketing professionals
  • Use your expertise to source, qualify, and place top talent
  • Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell other divisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years’ experience in office-based Customer Service or Account management
  • A confident professional with experience in both inbound and outbound calling
  • A forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent
  • Resilient, positive, and driven to build a long-term career in recruitment
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
