Role: Programme Leader Maths – Further Education
Hourly Rate: £35 – £50 per hour
Location: Scarborough
We are working with a well-regarded and inclusive education provider in the Scarborough area that is committed to helping every learner thrive. The setting promotes a calm and purposeful learning environment, where students are supported to develop both academically and personally.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Leader in Maths to join the team on a part-time basis (26 hours per week) starting in September. This is a temporary position and would suit an experienced and inspirational educator with a passion for curriculum development and leadership in Mathematics.
The successful candidate will bring subject expertise, a dynamic teaching style, and the ability to lead others effectively. A strong track record in post-16 or further education settings would be beneficial, along with the ability to motivate learners and staff alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, planning, and delivery of the Maths curriculum
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the department
