Production Supervisor

Castle Manufacturing is recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation based in East Yorkshire. This is a permanent role on a Night Shift.

Key Duties:

• Lead the Encapsulation team to meet production, quality, and safety targets
• Support NPD and EPD trials, process improvements, and lean initiatives
• Manage training, skills matrices, and team development
• Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and company standards
• Conduct daily briefings, handovers, and performance reviews

Requirements

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing (FMCG/food preferred)
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and food safety
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• IT literate and confident working under pressure
