The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information while providing insight that supports business growth and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes
- Providing financial analysis and performance reporting to senior management
- Managing month‑end and year‑end activities
- Maintaining strong financial controls and governance
- Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and reporting accuracy
- Supporting audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Identifying and implementing process improvementsPartnering with operational managers to improve business performance
- Leading, mentoring and developing members of the finance team
About You
To be successful in this Finance Manager role, you'll have:
- Experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant or similar position
- Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
- Qualified, part‑qualified or qualified by experience status
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
- Experience improving finance processes and controls
- Strong Excel and finance systems experience
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
