We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to thrive in a varied role where no two days are the same, supporting multiple brands for a company in Kirkbymoorside.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative team, working across a group of growing brands.

You’ll be working closely with a supportive Marketing Director, taking the lead on key marketing activity and having genuine influence over brand direction and strategy.

Some of the Marketing Executive duties will be:

  • Supporting brand strategy development alongside the Creative Director
  • Leading and refining paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Creating and managing segmented email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flow
  • Planning and scheduling content, coordinating photoshoots, and managing creative assets
  • Overseeing influencer outreach, product launches, and marketing events
  • Writing SEO-optimised blogs and website content
  • Responding to customer queries via email and live chat in a friendly, professional way
  • Assisting customers with delivery, product guidance and post-sale support
  • Creating and sending targeted email campaigns to promote new products and drive engagement
  • Working with Sales and Product teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
  • Analysing campaign performance and using insights to inform future marketing activity

To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Have around 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within an e-commerce or consumer brand environment
  • Be confident developing and managing social media campaigns using Meta Business Suite
  • Have a good eye for design and experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Be familiar with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
  • Be confident managing multiple brands, switching between audiences and priorities in a fast-paced setting

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their workload and driving ideas forward. You’ll be part of a small but talented team, where your input will be valued, and you’ll have the freedom to make a real impact.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break, earning a salary at or around £35,000 depending on experience.

This role is office based, and due to the location of the office, having your own transport will be essential.

If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
