We’re looking for someone who thrives on precision, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and is ready to grow with the business.
As a Marketing Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring all the behind-the-scenes marketing operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Webinar Management: Overseeing many events, ensuring everything is planned, set up, and running smoothly.
- Social Media Platforms: Managing and optimising channels such as Facebook, YouTube, and more ensuring all campaigns and content are correct and relevant.
- Marketing Tools: Utilising a number of platforms to manage a database of 40,000+ contacts.
- Landing Pages: Updating any changes and maintaining pages to support Facebook ads and campaigns run by outsourced marketers.
- Copy Implementation: Rolling out content created by our external copywriter across various platforms.
This is a hands-on role with great exposure to proven marketing systems and processes. You’ll be working alongside industry experts who’ll help you develop your skills and guide you towards achieving your potential.
Qualifications:
- Has a marketing-related degree or 1 year of marketing experience (not essential but preferred).
- Is data-driven, analytical, and detail-focused.
- Picks up new systems and processes quickly.
- Is technically proficient and eager to learn.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Is responsible, hardworking, and ambitious.
