We're recruiting for a newly created Sales & Marketing Administrator position with a successful engineering and manufacturing business in Malton.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team where no two days are the same.
Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations, you'll be involved in everything from producing customer quotations and supporting the sales process to coordinating marketing activity, preparing social media content and helping organise exhibitions.

- What you\'ll be doing
- Producing accurate customer quotations and supporting the sales process
- Providing day-to-day sales administration and customer support
- Coordinating marketing administration activities
- Preparing and scheduling social media content
- Liaising with the external marketing agency to coordinate campaigns and content
- Organising exhibition materials and promotional resources
- Booking travel and accommodation for the team
- Providing wider administrative support across the business
- Offering holiday cover across different functions as required
- What we\'re looking for
- Strong administration experience, ideally within sales administration or customer support
- Experience producing quotations and managing administrative processes
- A technical understanding gained within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be highly beneficial
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships and support different areas of the business
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
This will be working Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-2:00pm earning a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
