The role involves working closely with senior leadership, combining financial control with commercial insight. You will support planning, performance reporting and decision-making across the business, with exposure to both operational and strategic activity. Key responsibilities:- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activity
- Month-end reporting with clear, practical insight
- Financial accounting responsibilities including year-end processes
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Review of performance and identification of improvement opportunities
- Preparation of management and board-level reporting
- Oversight of tax compliance
- Development of an Assistant Accountant
- Use of data and KPIs to support decision-making
- Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred
- Experience across both financial and management accounting
- Practice-trained candidates welcome
