Castle Manufacturing is recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation based in East Yorkshire. This is a permanent role on a Night Shift.
Key Duties:
- Lead the Encapsulation team to meet production, quality, and safety targets
- Support NPD and EPD trials, process improvements, and lean initiatives
- Manage training, skills matrices, and team development
- Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and company standards
- Conduct daily briefings, handovers, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing (FMCG/food preferred)
- Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and food safety
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- IT literate and confident working under pressure
