A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large, well-structured finance team during a period of internal change. You will work closely with senior non-financial leaders, providing clear financial insight, improving budget ownership and driving accountability across a complex organisation.

What you will do:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Provide clear, proactive financial analysis and guidance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning cycles
  • Challenge constructively and influence decision making
  • Improve financial accountability and ownership
  • Lead on financial reviews, performance tracking and corrective actions
  • Line manage one Finance Business Partner

We would like to speak with:

  • Qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Professionals experienced in business partnering
  • People confident influencing senior stakeholders
  • Individuals able to simplify financial information clearly
  • Finance professionals with line management experience (We welcome applicants from any sector)

What you will receive:

  • Salary Β£58,000 to Β£68,000
  • Six weeks holiday plus bank holidays
  • 14.5 per cent employer pension contribution
  • Hybrid working with two days on site
  • 37 hours per week, fixed term until August 2027
