A well-established business based in Pickering is currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of up to £46,000, alongside a great range of benefits and the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative finance team. You will also have the flexibility to work hours to suit you, totalling 37 hours per week, as well as the opportunity to work from home and across the business\’s other sites, when needed.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be:

  • Delivering insightful financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making
  • Designing and implementing various projects and initiatives across the business
  • Driving budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities for cost-saving and performance improvements
  • Partnering with operational teams to support strategic planning
  • Producing regular reports and KPIs to inform business strategy
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes in collaboration with the wider finance team
  • Provide leadership within the Finance Team and day-to-day operational leadership within your specified areas of responsibility
  • Other duties as required

To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role, you will ideally have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement
  • Fantastic communication and relationship-building abilities

This exciting opportunity is easily commutable from Malton, Scarborough, York, Kirkbymoorside, Helmsley, and surrounding areas. There is on-site parking available, and the location is commutable via public transport, depending on your route. The role also offers a car allowance, as you would be expected to travel to other sites, when required.
