- Work with managers to understand future trainee requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment from attraction and application through to offer and onboarding.
- Advertise opportunities and review applications.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Organise assessment days, interviews and selection activity.
- Keep candidates informed and deliver a positive recruitment experience.
- Build relationships with successful candidates before they join.
- Coordinate trainee onboarding and induction.
- Act as a key point of contact throughout each trainee’s programme.
- Manage relationships with apprenticeship and professional training providers.
- Arrange courses, examinations and professional study activity.
- Monitor apprenticeship requirements, deadlines and programme milestones.
- Maintain accurate trainee, training and apprenticeship records.
- Keep trainees and managers informed of expectations and key dates.
- Identify concerns early and ensure appropriate support is provided.
- Support trainees while encouraging accountability and professional responsibility.
- Gather feedback and continually improve the trainee experience.
- Help create consistent early‑careers processes across multiple locations.

- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple trainees, deadlines and programmes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- The ability to travel regularly between regional offices.
Experience supporting professional qualifications or working closely with apprenticeship training providers would be advantageous.
