Finance Manager in Driffield

Overview

A well-established business in Driffield is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to provide leadership and support within their finance function during a key period. This role would suit an experienced finance professional who can quickly embed themselves into the business and add value from day one. The position is paying up to £65,000 (salary equivalent), with some flexibility around working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day finance function and overseeing the finance team
• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Providing financial insight and support to senior stakeholders
• Reviewing, improving and maintaining financial controls and processes

Qualifications

• Have proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
• Possess strong technical accounting knowledge
• Be confident managing stakeholders and leading a finance team
• Be adaptable and comfortable working in an interim, fast-paced environment

We would be keen to speak with individuals currently working as a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar. You will need to be commercially minded, hands-on, and confident communicating at all levels of the business.

The role is easily accessible from Driffield and surrounding areas, including Beverley, Bridlington, Malton and Pocklington.
