We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking business in Driffield, East Yorkshire to recruit a Business Development Advisor who’s enthusiastic about building relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with a salary of £24,500 per annum, plus generous commission opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential customers across key sectors to introduce the business and its services
- Building strong relationships over the phone and via email, understanding client needs and qualifying leads
- Working closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and turn interest into opportunity
- Using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress and maintain up-to-date records
- Researching potential markets and customers to support targeted outreach
- Responding to inbound enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
