A thriving business in Scarborough is looking for a confident and driven Customer Service Advisor to join their small, friendly office team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Some of the Customer Service duties are:
- Handling incoming calls from customers, offering help and advice on a range of enquiries
- Processing customer orders quickly and accurately
- Resolving customer complaints with professionalism and care

This will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-2:30pm earning a salary of £12.60 per hour with a view for this to increase if you go permanent.
