This Customer Service role offers the chance to work with a leading, global business in their Customer Experience team on a client feedback project that takes place twice a year, helping them better understand and improve their client relationships.
This is a temporary role for a 3-week period, requiring an immediate start. Based in Sherburn, between Scarborough and Malton, you will need to be able to drive and have your own transport.
The Customer Experience Researcher role will involve:
- Calling customers to complete a customer experience questionnaire
- Using a dialler to make calls, asking questions and typing up responses as you go
- Updating and verifying contact details, including email and phone numbers
- Speaking with both UK and international companies
- Working across two easy-to-use systems to record and manage information
