Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing business in Scarborough on a temporary basis.

This role requires someone who is immediately available and confident in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through onboarding and support them throughout their journey
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing their overall experience
  • Track and respond to Trustpilot reviews, encouraging client feedback
  • Analyse customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements to the client experience

Requirements

  • Available to start immediately
  • Confident in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience supporting customers and onboarding clients (onboarding and journey support as part of responsibilities)

Working hours and compensation

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, earning £13.00 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
