We’re looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a busy and supportive transport team.

The role:
You’ll be carrying out multi-drop deliveries across the region, ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in representing the company on the road.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out safe and timely deliveries to multiple drop points each day
  • Loading/unloading vehicles where required
  • Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld systems accurately
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service with clients on delivery
  • Working closely with the Transport Manager to plan routes and timings
  • Following health & safety and road transport legislation at all times
  • Staying overnight on rare occasions (usually once every few weeks, more during busy periods – £25 night out allowance provided)

Shifts:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 11:00am
  • Flexibility for earlier starts if required, agreed with the Transport Manager

What we need from you:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • In-date CPC and Digi Tacho card
  • Minimum of 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience
  • A professional, reliable, and flexible attitude
