Overview
Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site, supporting plant reliability through fault finding, PPM and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnosing both electrical and mechanical faults
- Fault find across PLCs, drives, motors, sensors and control systems
- Carry out mechanical repairs across hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, bearings and gearboxes
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance across site equipment
- Support installation and commissioning of machinery
- Identify root causes and implement reliability improvements
- Work closely with production to minimise downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow HSE and LOTO procedures
About You
- Time served Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Multi-skilled capability with strong fault finding across both disciplines
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics
- 18th Edition desirable
- Proactive, team-focused approach
