What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils’ learning, confidence and emotional development
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
- Offering 1:1 and small group support to children who need a little extra help
- Helping to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging independence and a love of learning every step of the way
You’ll be great for this role if you:
- Have experience working with children (school-based or similar setting)
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are calm, positive, and patient with a real passion for education
