What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils’ learning, confidence and emotional development
  • Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
  • Offering 1:1 and small group support to children who need a little extra help
  • Helping to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
  • Encouraging independence and a love of learning every step of the way

You’ll be great for this role if you:

  • Have experience working with children (school-based or similar setting)
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Are calm, positive, and patient with a real passion for education
