The role
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and learning activities
- Assist small groups or individual pupils with their learning
- Create a positive, well-managed learning environment
- Adapt confidently to different year groups and school settings
- Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies
- Provide brief end-of-day feedback to school staff
- Travel between schools as required, using your own vehicle
Requirements
- Recent experience working in a primary school
- Confidence supporting both groups and individual pupils
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
