Are you a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS looking for flexible supply work in the Selby area? Castle Education is working with primary schools across Selby and nearby locations. We are recruiting reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support schools with day to day cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Due to the location of some schools, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, regular local work, or a better work life balance.
The role:
- Deliver pre planned lessons provided by the school
- Manage classroom behaviour and routines effectively
- Support pupils to stay engaged and on task
- Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies
- Provide brief end of day feedback to school staff
You can choose the year groups and days that suit your availability.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Recent experience teaching in Primary schools
- Confidence to adapt quickly to new classroom settings
