Castle Education is working in partnership with a welcoming Multi Academy Trust to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (SEND) to work across a number of primary schools in and around Selby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and enjoys the variety and flexibility of working across different school settings.
You’ll become part of supportive school communities where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Your Role
- Support pupils with a range of SEND needs both in and out of the classroom.
- Encourage confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
- Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.
- Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
