What could you be doing?
- Supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Planning and supporting engaging activities
- Supporting children’s learning and development
- Helping children build confidence and independence
- Supporting communication and language development
- Creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment
- Working with children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
- Working as part of a nursery or early years team

You should hold a Level 3 childcare or early years qualification and have experience working with children.
