Castle Education is working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Scarborough to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join their team on a permanent, all-year-round basis. The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play an important part in supporting children’s learning and development, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Working alongside an experienced team, you will:
- Support children’s learning through engaging play and activities
- Help deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS Framework
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Observe and monitor children’s progress and development
- Encourage children’s confidence, independence and wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environment
- Contribute to planning exciting activities that inspire curiosity and learning
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Has previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Is caring, reliable and enthusiastic
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Is committed to providing the highest standard of care and education for young children
