We are currently recruiting Day Support Workers to work with children and adults with disabilities and complex needs across a range of supportive settings. The Role
As a Day Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs, helping them to:
- Develop and maintain their independence
- Build confidence and social skills
- Take part in activities and new experiences
- Communicate and engage with others
- Enjoy their day and get the most out of the opportunities available to them
No two days are the same! You could be supporting individuals with activities, community access, social opportunities or day-to-day tasks, depending on the setting and their individual needs.
