Castle Education is recruiting a friendly and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistant to work within a supportive primary school in the Malton area.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist with everyday classroom activities across KS1 and KS2.
- Help pupils understand tasks and stay engaged with their learning.
- Provide additional support to individuals and small groups.
- Prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
- Work alongside teachers to ensure pupils feel included and supported.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working with children in an educational, childcare or similar setting.
- Is approachable, patient and enthusiastic.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Communicates clearly and works well within a team.
- Is adaptable and happy to support a range of classroom activities.
- Is dependable and keen to make a difference.
