This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, starting as soon as possible, and is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children in their early development.

The Role

You will support the delivery of high-quality care and education for children in the early years setting, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Assist with the day-to-day care of children
  • Promote a safe, secure and inclusive environment
  • Support children’s learning and development through play
  • Work closely with colleagues and parents
  • Maintain accurate records where required

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting
  • A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability for part-time or full-time work
