We are working in partnership with well-respected settings in Scarborough, and across a network of 8 Multi Academy Trusts, offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Assistant to join their teams. This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, starting as soon as possible, and is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children in their early development.
The Role
You will support the delivery of high-quality care and education for children in the early years setting, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Assist with the day-to-day care of children
- Promote a safe, secure and inclusive environment
- Support children’s learning and development through play
- Work closely with colleagues and parents
- Maintain accurate records where required
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for part-time or full-time work
