Castle Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a Leeds-based SEN school, starting September 2026.
You will support pupils with SEND, helping them build confidence and independence in a caring, inclusive environment.
Youβll deliver 1:1 and small-group support, assist teachers with engaging activities, and work with therapists, SENCOs and pastoral teams to implement learning plans and behaviour strategies, promoting pupil wellbeing and progression.
