About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Specialist to support pupils with additional needs in schools across Leeds. In this role, you will provide 1:1 or small group support, work closely with teaching staff, and help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual or small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  • Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development
