Castle Education is recruiting a Success Coach / Pastoral Support professional to work within a Further Education setting in Beverley. This is a long-term role with the potential to become ongoing. The role focuses on supporting learners’ wellbeing, engagement and progression, working closely with teaching and support teams to remove barriers to learning.
