Your Responsibilities
- Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including SEND
- Assist in delivering lessons and classroom activities under the guidance of teachers
- Help create an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
Requirements
- Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (SEND experience preferred but not essential)
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
