Your Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including SEND
  • Assist in delivering lessons and classroom activities under the guidance of teachers
  • Help create an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff

Requirements

  • Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (SEND experience preferred but not essential)
  • Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a classroom environment
  • Commitment to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
