Castle EAST School, part of the East Anglian Schools Trust, is seeking a Curriculum HLTA and Cover Supervisor to work across all key stages in our special school for pupils with Communication and Interaction (C&I) needs. The role begins in September and offers the opportunity to play a key part in creating a truly outstanding provision where pupils with specific needs can excel.

This specialist provision requires staff committed to meeting the complex and holistic needs of young people with C&I needs so that they can reach their full academic and personal potential.

  • Salary: £24,214 to £27,178 p/a
  • Employment type: Permanent, Part Time, 35 hrs per week
  • Working pattern: Term Time + 1 week

This position is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS check.
