Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Castle Dairies – Caerphilly
Department: Warehouse
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and enforce the correct use of PPE.
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and audit standards.
- Oversee product handling, storage, and movement to prevent damage and maintain quality.
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and workplace safety.
