Key Responsibilities

  • Biopsychosocial admissions assessments
  • Individualised treatment planning
  • Facilitation group and individual therapy, and family therapy
  • Delivering one-to-one therapy to support each patient’s individual journey
  • Providing family therapy to strengthen recovery through connection and understanding
  • Continuing care teletherapy
  • Coordinating all aspects of therapeutic care, including follow-up with referral sources
  • Successful candidates will also be expected to coordinate all aspects of therapeutic care for patients, including follow-up with referral sources.

Requirements

Level 3 Therapist Requirements

  • Registered member of an accrediting body (AP, COSCA, BACP, BABCP) and working towards accreditation
  • Competency evaluated and able to carry a full caseload following induction
  • Therapists will be supported towards the goal of achieving accreditation with training and supervision support.

Level 4 Specialist Therapist Requirements

  • Accredited with AP (NCAC), BACP, BABCP, COSCA, or registered with UKCP, HCPC (or recognised equivalent).
  • Specialist Therapists will be training and developing competencies in targeted areas such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, gambling, sex addiction, and eating disorders.

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week on site
