We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Retail Assistant to join our shop floor team on a 21-hour per week basis. You’ll be on the front lines helping customers find their next favourite game, managing stock, maintaining store standards, and contributing to our vibrant community environment.
Customer Care: Welcome visitors warmly, offer expert recommendations across our product ranges, and answer customer enquiries with enthusiasm.
Sales & POS: Process cash and card transactions accurately using our till system.
Merchandising & Stock Management: Unbox deliveries, restock shelves, organize displays (TCGs, miniatures, graphic novels), and assist with stocktakes.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organised, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
Events Support: Assist in supporting organized play events, TCG tournaments, or game nights in-store as needed.
