Overview

The role is based at Ketton Cement and plays a key part in delivering high‑quality packaged products to our commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packing dock equipment to meet planned output volumes safely, on time, and in full.
- Carry out front‑line maintenance within your area of training and maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Assist with the loading of finished products and the unloading of incoming materials required for plant operations, including dispatch silos.
- Work alternative shift patterns in line with the national agreement and provide support across other areas of the plant when needed.
