    • Salary: TPLTSS1 £3,304 (actual salary)

  • Position 2
    • Contract type: Fixed term contract until 31 August 2027, subject to external funding linked to your allocated student
    • FTE/Hours: 5 hours per week
    • Working weeks: Term Time Only
    • Salary: TPLTSS1 £2,834 (actual salary)
    • Location: Castle Batch Primary School, BS22 7FN

What you will do to be successful here:

  • Act as an integral part of the school staff team, and as such to make a contribution to the overall aims of the school, working within agreed policies and procedures.
  • Provide the appropriate level of support needed by students to promote and encourage independence and good social behaviour.

What you will need:

  • Some experience of working with children with SEMH needs (desirable).
  • Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
  • The ability to work flexibly within a team and motivate students.
  • Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • First Aid & Food Hygiene Qualification and experience of working with children is desirable but not essential.
