Castle Air is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate CAMO Assistant to join our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) team in Liskeard. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance planning and airworthiness management while developing your career within a professional aviation environment.

Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for graduates looking to apply their analytical, administrative, and organisational skills in a specialist field.

\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
• Assisting with aircraft maintenance planning and tracking
\n
• Maintaining and updating aircraft technical records
\n
• Raising and managing maintenance work packs
\n
• Monitoring aircraft utilisation and technical log entries
\n
• Liaising with engineers, operations teams and maintenance providers
\n
• Supporting compliance with aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements
\n
• Auditing maintenance documentation and ensuring accurate record keeping
\n
• Assisting with the management of operational and technical documentation
\n
\n
About You
\n
•Preferably a recent graduate in Aviation, Engineering, Aerospace, or a related discipline
\n
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
\n
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
\n
• An interest in aviation and aircraft operations
\n
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
\n
\n
