About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Aircraft Maintenance Planner / CAMO Assistant to join our growing aviation team. This role is critical in ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of aircraft maintenance activities, supporting both Part 145 operations and Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO). You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Planning & Coordination
    • Prepare and manage maintenance work packs in line with approved Maintenance Instructions (MIs)
    • Coordinate manpower, tooling, facilities, and parts for scheduled maintenance
    • Maintain planning tools including Aerotrac, Gantt charts, and capacity plans
    • Liaise with stakeholders to schedule and manage maintenance inputs
  • Maintenance Event Management
    • Plan and support scheduled maintenance events (e.g. routine and annual checks)
    • Monitor progress, adapt schedules, and provide status updates to stakeholders
    • Ensure all post-maintenance documentation and compliance records are complete
  • Parts & Resource Planning
    • Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for maintenance activities
    • Track availability of spares, tooling, and equipment
    • Liaise with stores and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • CAMO Support
    • Maintain aircraft technical records and ensure data accuracy
    • Assist with forecasting maintenance requirements and component changes
    • Support Service Bulletin (SB) and Airworthiness Directive (AD) reviews
    • Update OEM portals and maintenance systems
    • Provide administrative and technical support to the CAMO function

About You

  • Experience in an aviation maintenance planning, CAMO, or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of Part 145 and/or CAMO requirements (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with maintenance planning systems (e.g. Aerotrac) is advantageous
