Qualifications Required:
- Degree Qualified
- Proven experience in a modern investment foundry, with expertise in titanium casting Grades 1-5
- Familiar with the requirements of international standards and customer requirements (AS9100, ASTM, R-R, Safran, GE, P&W etc.)
- Experience of developing shelling, melting, pouring and manufacturing processes from engineering/product designs
- Mould design and manufacture
- Flow software experience (Procast, Magmasoft, Flow 3-d cast, Novaflow or similar)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience of manufacturing for the aerospace/defence/marine and industrial sectors
- Able to relocate to the United Kingdom for a minimum of 3 years
